The past couple of Days Dakota has been soooo excited about Halloween. I think because all of his shows were playing their Halloween specials. I kept talking to him about it...telling him that we would go walk around & knock on doors, when they answered he would say "trick or treat", and they would give him candy. Then he would say "Thank you". He literally went do bed last night saying "we go trick or treating tomorrow". When I went in to get him this morning, the 1st thing he said to me was "I knock on door, say trick or treat, give me candy"...LOL!
We went out with the same group of friends that we go out with every year. They have a little party at their house, then we all go out together. They have a trailer thing that they decorate for all the kids to ride in, and pulled them all around the neighborhoods via a pick up truck. Dakota loved that part. He said "WWWWEEEEEEEE" every time they took off. He also LOVED being around all of the other kids, and the kids were really enjoying having him around.

Poor little guy had about 12 other kids to try to keep up with. they were all between 6 and 10 years old. They were running from house to house...Dakota was constantly pulling up the rear...lol!

When Dakota went to the 1st house, he said "trick or treat". The woman gave him candy, Dakota said "thank you". He then proceeded to walk right into her house, looking around...he thought we were staying there...so funny!
When we were on our way home Dakota said "I had good time trick or treating tonight".
