Today Dakota and I took a trip out to Sanibel Beach. I haven't been there in years...it really is beautiful. As we were driving over the causeway, Dakota was yelling, "look Mom, water!" & "look Mom, boat!". Once we got to the beach, it was "Look Mom, shells!", "Look Mom, Beach!", "look Mom, waves!" & "look Mom, shovel!". He LOVES the beach, and everything about it. He loves the waves crashing into him, and laughs when they knock him over.
After the beach we came home to a nice relaxing afternoon & early bedtime. I just love watching Dakota play by himself....I am so blessed to have such a good little boy.
Otherwise....Dakota seems to be talking constantly...he says anything & everything. My favorite one from today was..."Mom, I hungy (hungry)!"....so funny!
