We hope that everyone had a Happy & Safe New Year! The Smith's are definitely looking forward to 2010!
The new Year brought colds to Dakota and Mommy...hopefully we are getting the sickness right away, so we can be done with it for the year!
As far as Dakota's words....he just keeps adding more and more. In relation to us having colds...he is now telling me "I sick", he says "medicine", and "bless you" after anyone sneezes.
He says "relax", and pretty much uses it in the correct context. it's so funny watching him tell Daddy to "relax". He says "brush" and "teeth" for when we are brushing his teeth.
For the Holidays he was saying "Santa", "tree", "candycane" (although most of the time it was just "cane"). When he sees Christmas lights he points to them and says "pretty". Since we were outside often at night time to look at the pretty lights...Dakota now points to the moon and says "moon".
I will take some pics this week as we are getting back to normal...all the Christmas stuff is down and packed away for next year....I was feeling a little overwhelmed with all of the clutter.
