Darby is 2!

Lots & lots of changes in the past 2 years around here...all starting with this little bundle of craziness!

 Waking up to Happy Birthday.....

She was SSSSOOOOOO Happy!  This little girl LOVES balloons...I truly think she would have been content if they were her only gifts!  We had a pretty chill day....we hung around the house...cooked up some lunch....                                                                :)

Then when Dakota & Daddy got home...it was Birthday Time!!!!!

She is TOTALLY a Daddy's Girl....when she wants something...lol!

CAKE TIME!!!!!

Presents...I think Dakota was as excited as she was to see what she got....

She didn't get crazy with the cake at all...she eats very well with a fork...but she eat the whole piece!

YUP....A GIRL LIVES HERE NOW!!!!!!

This little girl tests my patience....but at the same time brings me so much joy!  She makes us all laugh, and she sure does know how to have a good time.  Although a lot of the time other people aren't quite sure of what she is saying...she talks up a storm..and loves to talk in sentences...cracks us up. She absolutely adores "Ka" (what she calls Dakota).  She just started to climb out of her crib...which is new territory for us, since Dakota never even attempted...we watch her climb out since we have the video monitor...and she is a ninja...doesn't skip a beat...and does it all with her blankie in her hand.  So toddler bed is in our very near future...I am SSSSOOOOOOO not ready for that.  Darby toys around with the Potty training thing...she will go on it every now and then...but nothing that makes me think she is ready for the real thing.  I have all the stickers waiting on standby for when she decides though ;)
