O.L.Y.N.!

Dakota's school asked for volunteers to help them form a team for the Church's "Operation Love Your Neighbor".  The Church had chosen to Thank the Fire Fighters of Cape Coral by delivering cookies to them. The Volunteers could help by baking cookies, helping to package, or helping deliver....we could choose which parts we wanted to be involved in.  Dakota and I decided that we would love to help bake, as well as deliver the cookies.  :)
The Church had a Breakfast get together beforehand...and we said a prayer for everyone involved, as well as the Fire Fighters!

Darby's outfit for the event  :)

Our group heading out to deliver the cookies...

We went to the Firehouse right by our house...Dakota was so excited!

He got to sit in the back seat....

and then the drivers seat!!!!!!

Of course...Darby had to get in there too!!!!!

The Fire Fighters then had Dakota feed the ducks...these ducks are like their pets...they come running whenever they are out there...and the fire fighters are more than happy to feed them.  Dakota really liked this part....couldn't stop talking!!!!

We had a great time!  :)
