Life has been a complete roller coaster since she was born...but we are all loving every minute of it. She is running around everywhere now...she is also babbling away...she talks and talks...we just don't know what she is saying...LOL! Her and Dakota are really starting to have a blast together. He "shows" her how to play, and then she imitates him...it's great! You can just tell by the way that she looks at him...that she adores him! She is sleeping great...11-12 hours over night, and then 2 naps during the day...Mommy is very relieved that she has learned to love her sleep. Darby weighs in at 19lbs, 9.5 oz. She is 29.5 inches tall. She's a little peanut, only in the 50 percentile for both height & weight. Dakota was 21 1/2lbs. & 31 inches tall at his 1 year check up. I know I say this every time...but she is definitely more outspoken than Dakota...if she is not happy...EVERYONE knows it. Dakota just seemed to always go with the flow...he was easy to please...she is a full time job all in herself...lol! BUT...when she gives you that smile, or that kiss...and she is the BEST at giving hugs...it all just seems to melt your heart....and you forgive her for everything...lol! She plays the girl card all the time...she flirts, she definitely knows she is a girl....and she uses it whenever possible!
Darby had a very busy Birthday...she got to celebrate at our house AND at Grandmom & Pop's....lucky Girl! Okay...so here is the obscene amount of pics...enjoy!
