Darby has graduated to full blown crawling!!!!!!
To go along with the crawling.....she has also started pulling herself up on just about everything!!!!!!
the bathtub.....
the chairs.....
She is definitely more outgoing than Dakota was. Dakota seemed content with whatever you gave him, wherever you put him...Darby is on the move all the time. She is climbing & exploring all the time. She is just like him in the sense that she plays hard, and doesn't mind doing it all on her own.
Just to prove that she DOES have hair....
Even more exciting (well, at least for Mommy & Daddy)....Darby is sleeping in her room full time now!!! YAY! This is what my nightstand looks like these days....
I know that Dakota doesn't really NEED a monitor anymore...but he is on the other side of the house....and he does wake up sometimes. He is going through a phase right now that he gets scared of shadows & sounds at nighttime....so it makes me feel better. I guess the monitor is as much for me as it is for him...LOL!
Darby is also sleeping through the night now...which is also very exciting. Dakota was sleeping through the night at 2 months...so her taking until 7 1/2 months seems to have taken FOREVER!!!!!! I, on the other hand, am still waking up a couple times a night to just take a glance at her to make sure she is ok. LOL! I went in to get her from her nap one afternoon...found this.....
she was pretty proud of herself.....
