He loves to hold his toys under the water, then watch them pop up through the bubbles when he lets go. 
He thinks that all of his toys taste yummy too!
he actually has the turtle head in his mouth so he has both hands free...lol!
We are not sure if Utah is watching Dakota in order to protect him, or if he just wants the toys! He stands there watching the whole time.
The bubbles make him extra slippery....and since Dakota is always trying to see/play with his toes...he sometimes slides. 
Loves his rubber ducky!
