We are walking into the stadium...and look who we run into.....
They seem to be following us...lol!
Our seats were great.....
We moved up to the Tiki bar around the 7th inning....
the view was nice...the drinks were even better...lol!
We really had a great time...
And after the game...we got to see "Blackthorn"! They are a band in Philly...and they came all the way down here to play...and about 300 Philly people came with them...lol! It was awesome! It felt like home! The Phillies game was at 1pm, then after the game we had the band....it was after 8pm when we walked back out of the stadium...we had such a blast!
Needless to say...we had all these grand plans...stopping into the Tilted Kilt, going out to dinner, then maybe some clubs afterwards.....what we did was stumble back to our hotel room...order some Chinese takeout from the place next to the hotel....and then PASSED OUT! I am almost sure we were asleep before 10PM...LOL!
The next morning we just HAD to go to "Lenny's". It's a diner near the Stadium...and everyone talks about it...and let me tell you...it didn't disappoint!
Again, it was FILLED with Philly people, the whole place was filled with Philly Sports stuff...it was great!
My Breakfast....
It was the perfect little getaway for us to remember that we like each other & have a great time together! :)
